They are available during normal business hours to answer all of your pertinent questions, and address all your concerns. Return or Exchange Policy; Defective Product ReturnsSchool Depot will not accept returns without prior written authorization from our company. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items. Payment termsAll orders for non-account holders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Payments can be submitted via, Visa, Mastercard, Pay pal, or checks. When you are paying by check, please include your phone number on the memo line. We will ship the order the day that the check clears in the bank. A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Please mail your checks to School Depot, 40-A Robert Pitt Drive, Monsey, N.Y. 10952 How Will My Order Be Shipped?Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. F.O.B. Monsey N.Y.10952 Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Most orders are shipped on the same business day that we receive your order, provided if we receive the order before 2:00 pm. We only ship to the 48 continental U.S. states. For expedited delivery your order may be delivered via UPS Air, upon your request. we will charge another 20% express shipping fee for second day air or 40% for next day air. Please indicate your preferred shipping method when placing your order.
